Ultimately this is a very nice hotel! I'm going to go in different stages when leaving this review.
Host: From the time my party and I came in Joan "Juan" took care of us from the beginning to the end. He was very helpful, professional, humble, trustworthy and much more! He made our stay a more comfortable experience. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Excursion set up: Harvi was GREAT and very helpful with helping us to decide our excursion.

Restaurants: I love the Mexican, Japanese and French. I'm not a fan of buffet so I did not like the buffet. They should open a fresh breakfast spot and somewhere to eat lunch during the day. Keep in mind breakfast and lunch are at the bar Buffet. The only time the restaurants are open it is during dinner time.

Marciello was another host. My BF lost her shades $$ and he helped her locate the person that had them.

Outback Tours: Jorge was the BEST at giving the tour. Raymond way the driver both were wonderful. Jorge kept the tour alive with his entertainment.

Medical staff: We had a medical emergency while there and medical were on hand within moments and very helpful. Shout out to Mario who was first on hand vacationing with his family and stayed beside us the entire time. Can't remember the nurse name but she was WONDERFUL as well.
