I am really very disappointed. We are advised when buying a PC. We do everything in google drive and that is clearly indicated. After purchase, the computer appears to have too little memory for proper use. Back at Correct, the same seller / advisor says that an external memory is the solution. Strange, because that was not discussed when buying the laptop. But still done.
It still doesn't work. Appointment made again with the same advisor.
That was difficult already. Not really the idea that we are a customer. In the end we are simply sent away without any kind of solution. Well a new computer. Okay, what compensation does Correct do in this? Nothing.
The advice given earlier is apparently no longer valid. And there is no cooperation on a solution.
Really incredible. Disappointing and very very poor. I intend to spread this story to protect others. It is far from Correct by Correct!
