This place is a joke! They have health care attendants that don't speak a word of English. When asked to do a simple chore they get really aggressive or hostile. My mother was in their care and she often complained about the attendants being rude to her on numerous occasions. The attendants are usually on their phones or asleep (yes ASLEEP ON THE JOB). If it were up to me I'd revoke their license for playing with people's lives and their well being. Please DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY IF YOU WANT THE BEST FOR YOUR LOVED ONES!!!
