My wife and I came here to see a show at the Kennedy Center, which was great. The hotel; however has some customer service issues. Specifically, we were told their rooftop would be open til 2 a.m. when we checked in. After our show, we came back to the hotel with the intention of seeing the views from the roof. It was 10 p.m. and they had closed it. When I called the front desk I was told that they switched over this very day to winter hours and close at 10 PM. The informational book in the room mentions seasonal hours in 2 instances- 5pm-12am and 5pm-2am. What a disappointment. Additionally, I could hear the people in the room near us as the sound carries via the bathroom vents. That said the Kingbird restaurant was quite nice - food was delicious and service prompt and professional. The folks at the front desk were friendly and engaging, with the exception of the woman I spoke with regarding the rooftop hours. She was unpleasant.
