I bought a control board last year that board did not work . They sent another one, it worked a couple of weeks ago that board starting tripping the breaker. I called them the board was just over a year old, it cost over 400 to replace I asked Larry if he could help me out on the price since it was just over a year, couldn't give me any love at all. I was on the phone for 30 min just to get this answer. Funny thing is I am planning to buy a new Hot Tub and was going to talk to them about it but not now ,great job guys way to do business
