Laughing seed has been my go-to vegan restaurant for years. On my last visit, I ordered a raw vegan dish (zucchini 'manicotti' filled with cashew butter 'cheese') and it was absolutely incredible! They also have a great hot tea selection, and an awesome mixed drink selection. If you go, sit outside so that you can enjoy the pedestrians and buskers of Wall St.
