The Statue of Liberty is a must if you are going to New York. The island is beautiful, even without the statue. The views of Manhattan from the island are breathtaking too. We went up to the very top of the statue: the Crown. It is something I would recommend to everyone. After the Monument, you can go to Ellis Island. The museum is very interesting. The whole trip is super fun.
