For a 5 star renowned hotel, the service is inconsistent and falls short of what is expected. E.g Room service takes 45 minutes to deliver a bucket of ice, a simple question placed to the front desk requires a 45 min wait for a return call.While the place is beautiful and staff are friendly, it is dated in decor. The rooms are stuffy and ventilation is bad. Saving grace will be its prime location near to the Shangrila Mall and SM Megamall.
