I called tappers to inquire about an item I was looking for and Roz answered the phone. It was an inexpensive item but something special for a friend I needed that afternoon. She treated me as if I was buying any other item in the store, found the item in stock and didn t leave it out of her sight until I came to pick it up. I probably only shop here once a year and I always get amazing customer service. I ve worked with Roz before and I will ask for her moving forward
