I am usually pleased with my service at Lexus. This time was very disappointing. I pulled in to the garage and stood there for about 5 mins before I was acknowledged. I had to text the # they provided to check on my car after being at the dealership for about 2 hours. I was given a rental because my car required a warranty fix. The vehicle I received was low on gas and I had to put gas in to the loaner in order to make it home. When I received my car back there were little black spots across the ceiling which looked like oil. Overall, very disappointed in the service on this last visit. Lexus is known for their superior customer service, but this time it was very poor.
