Customer Beware!! These idiots will take you for all they can.

I purchased a 2015 edge titanium and @ 69000 miles the motor had to be replaced. Since the manufacture's warrenty expired at 60k, I was responsible. I had a detailed maintance record that proved that I had been properly maintaining with oil changes every 5k miles, but since I didn't buy from Ed Kenley or have them service my vehicle, there was "nothing" they could do. They would also not provide any sort of reason outside of poor maintance/neglect as to why "the barring spun and through a rod" requiring a new motor.
On top of taking no responsibility for a faulty/defective motor, they had me pay a $500 deposit to have the motor shipped (fair) but upon returning to settle the bill there was nowhere that they had documented the deposit. The corrupt/dishonest (one or both is true) service department forgot to take that out of the bill. When brought to their attention they acknowledged and did not charge me. If I had not called them out on it, they would have taken my money. I was not impressed by service that I received. There was NO acceptance of any sort of responsibility (not even being a Ford dealership), the completion date was pushed back twice, they upfront told me the "services" they wouldn't be doing, and tried to take me for an extra $500. With so many other options there are other companies that will stand behind their vehicles for longer and more miles. I hope you will not be fooled like I was in buying a Ford or doing business with Ed Kenley.
