My chosen flight was unavailable at the Kayak listed price and I admit I did wonder if the price was just to get you to visit their website. I had entered my contact details and within one minute the phone rang offering assistance to find an alternative flight. Lisa came through and I did get a flight at the original listed price, so I was happy with their service and price.
