Booked our honeymoon through this agency. After a bug infestation at our second resort their entire team was careless about the whole incident. Very unfortunate.

I've updated the post. Insects are in the tropics, this is one example of the volume of insects throughout this room, the presidential suite, which was an upgrade due to the bugs in the other room. These aren't tropical insects you have to deal with. The entire time I was asking the staff if this was normal, every single one said NO. The Hilton in Playa did not have an issue like this during our stay. On top of that, see the comparison pictures. From the website compared to what we received in the originally booked room, and that was after having to wait an extra hour due to them booking us a 1st floor. We were not the only complaint at that resort during our stay.

What's also intriguing is the fact your team spent 18hrs trying to remedy the situation and couldn't book us an earlier flight without wanting more money. But, my first call to Delta Vacations I was able to change the flight to an earlier one, in the same class, for free. And it didn't take me 18hrs.

You're the business owner. So kudos to you. But, my review is relevant and I have the facts to prove it.

PS. I'm not the only dissatisfied one here. Unfortunately, your negativity publicity is throughout Puget Sound. But, as they say "Publicity is Publicity".
