At the hotel I found myself in the company of cutting and cutting the annual pie. Room amenities are good but I can't support the same for food - both outside of the buffet room and in the dining room where we had our main meal (I don't know if the food served is the same served) and customers staying at the hotel). The accompanying sweets are nothing worth mentioning.
Staff willing though on the day of the cut we had issues dripping in our clothes when serving red wine from the staff.
Basement toilets do not seem to have taken any energy-saving measures (lack of motion sensors for automatic lighting, use of mainly absorbent paper instead of hand dryers).
Nice enough decoration and lots of places to take photos and create "catchy" images
I was not able to stay in a hotel room to form a more global view
