Room and hotel were great, the bell staff, most especially are terrible. Claiming they could not get a cab for us to Penn Station, while other cabs left for other destinations. Management should look in to this group, they operate like the Mafia with the cab drivers. Will not stay here again, room was great, will not be treated this way by employees who should be working to keep me happy, not padding their pockets with the cab drivers. Happy to explain if management cares to contact me.
