3 years and 40,000 miles later the trans went out on our used purchase. 80,000 miles for a transmission to go out is a disgrace. I didnt expect them to care but thought I would reach out just to see if there was anything they would assist with, especially due to the fact I had to take the car back in for shifting issues after the initial purchase. Chatted with a customer service rep on their website and left 2 forms of contact information. Never heard anything back. Called and left several messages, still never heard anything.
Buyer beware, at the end of the day, they are no different than any other dealership around, top profit is by far the number one priority, not customer service.
