Do not go with Adorama if you are a professional and need your gear FAST. They do not offer SAME DAY SHIPPING, despite nearly every other legit online camera store offering it. I placed my order tuesday night, expecting it to ship wednesday morning (with 3 day air) and needed my order by friday. I received a confirmation email saying everything would ship wednesday. NOPE. they simply submitted the order to UPS at the end of wednesday for PICKUP THE FOLLOWING DAY. WTF. I wouldn't have wasted $66 on shipping had I known my order wasn't going to get to my studio in time.... had to reschedule a photoshoot b/c of this...clients weren't happy. Thanks Adorama...

I spent over $10,000 with these guys in one purchase; you would've thought they would've called me and offered free expedited shipping or at least provided me with some kind of thank you. nope. business as usual. Last time I checked, spending TEN-THOUSAND-DOLLARS with a business usually gets you a 'thank you' and exceptional customer service, not a canned response stating policy. I wanted to feel like I was taken care of for all the money I just spent. Instead, I was treated like some random customer off the street buying a $20 filter.

the only reason I placed my order with Adorama over B&H is b/c of the special they were having on the nikon mb-d12 battery grip w/ the purchase of a d800.

BOTTOM LINE: THESE GUYS ARE NO B&H.
