WORST customer service. I have been waiting 3 months for a laptop, then they canceled the order because of backordered parts. They asked me to reorder in the beginning of the following year (which would be an additional 2 months from the 3 months). I tell them to forget it and I would not be reordering, and they still charged my card and shipped the computer even after I told them not to ship. The customer service person was making up nonsense reasons which made no sense at all. I wasted days on the phone with them and each call was over an hour (mostly because you have to wait on hold) - NEVER GET LENOVO
