When I started at this place of employment it was a wonderful place with wonderful people but of late it is all about who you know at the top. For 3 yrs I've worked at a location downtown and after changing the manager to a new 1 whom it is said was handpicked this place has now gone to the dogs. I hear everyday how guards are walking around on phone and not as alert as I was (I guess this is the kind of service they wanted to give as opposed to mine). This manager is the worst manager I have ever seen in my years of working anywhere. He is a SNAKE and A LIAR smile infront your face and stab you in the back, he also takes credits for things he doesn't do and know nothing of and to make matters worst he is very unprofessional. I wish this company well and hope they would change their ways of doing things because if not they will only continue to lose good guards and sink like the titanic.
If you r going to school and need a part time - this is the job for you. There's no future in it if you know no 1 at the top.
