I was a customer in Dallas and jumped on it when they finally offered service in Austin. All-wireless alarms, excellent prices, great service, professional installers, and best of all, no contracts. They respond right away too if your alarm goes off - I know :P.

Compared to the usurious garbage that ADT and Protection One foist on you, the hapless consumer, Smith Thompson is a breath of fresh air. No 3-year contracts (or indeed, any contracts), reasonable prices for equipment that you own instead of 'lease', and low prices for high quality professional service. I am a fan.
