Boruch was very helpful and easy to deal with. He was also very honest, which I appreciate more than anything. His team discovered that my issue was a known issue and covered under my warranty. Although they did not do the repair themselves he was honest enough to send me elsewhere where the fix would be covered by the manufacturer. I definitely plan on using MasterWorks in the future!
