I bought my 2021 Equinox here for a great price.

For the most part, everyone was very helpful. The only thing I didn't really like was being directed to a third party store to have remote start installed on my car (which might invalidate my warranty, no thanks!)

I went to the Parts department and they agreed to order the OEM part to add that functionality. Sure, it'll cost a bit more, but it's worth it to preserve my warranty.

Outside of that little hiccup, I enjoyed my experience there. Big thanks to the gentleman in finance that found me a better deal than the one I was originally written up for!
