Very disappointed in the ER psychiatric staff at G...

Very disappointed in the ER psychiatric staff at General Hospital. My 45 yr. old daughter went there with a panic attack today and waited over 5 hrs. She did not see a doctor or receive any services as far as I can tell.
I called the ER as my daughter is on SSI, has no phone and is homeless. Their response was to inform me that she "was not on the board", they had no record of her being there and this was after I called 3 times and spoke to 2 different staff persons.
She's been a patient at SF General on previous occasions and this lack of empathy and basic health care is appalling. I live out of state and have made yearly trips to the bay area to help my daughter with her medical/psychiatric needs. What does it take for the health care profession to provide her with the medical care she deserves and needs?
