I did not have a bad experience but I did have high expectations going in with the price we paid and the good reviews. The check in process with the girl working there was kind of uncomfortable, she seemed a bit pushy to get us to do the $40 valet parking and was unhelpful in recommending other options (we parked in the meter parking overnight which is free btw). My girlfriend and I were given the impression of a complimentary breakfast but found out when we came down in the AM there was not. The room also had white sheets and towels with some markings on them. Other than that, the best was really comfy and the atmosphere of the place was great.
