The moment I walked in this store with my friend who was the bride, the girl at the front desk said "you won't find anything here under $800" without saying hi or welcome, or even asking what our budget was. I was super embarrassed because I got my prom dress here years ago and had an amazing experience and recommended this place to her. So we took our shoes off and went in following the girl, she didn't ask anyone to help us she just shoved us in a room with dresses telling us to look around, and left. It didn't take long for us to get out of there, I will never recommend it to anyone else, the worst customer service ever!!
