For the amount of money we spent to be here we did...

For the amount of money we spent to be here we did not feel like we were a priority. First we could not check in early even though the gentleman I spoke with on the phone said we could, the resort should be better kept the spa and grounds look run down, even though check out is at 12 a cleaner was banging on our door at 11 and when we said no thank you to room service she asked if we were supposed to be checking out, we couldn t get a hospitality room on our way out to get dressed even though we were told we could, & the Luau was sold out (not really their fault but it was upsetting). I might expect this from a Holiday Inn but not this resort. I ll stay somewhere else next time I m in Maui.
