the people are very rude and helpless, they will cutoff someone s speech as soon they hear about visa .
all they will to go to website for visa .
I tried to ask for details no more talking at all .
I was very disappointed. although I made an appointment online for spousal visa for my family member, but the online appointment was completely useless. if u need a visa don't wast ur time to go there .they don't help at all.
