Our experience has been a nightmere. Brandy was our sales associate back in December. First, it was a very cold day. She was very uninthusiastic about selling us a car or taking us to test drive vehicles. We drove a few different models and decided on the Q5. We wanted a few additional options that weren t in the car we were test driving, so Brandy showed us the other cars they had. My husband and I went to grab lunch and think it over. We returned that evening ready to sign paperwork. Since it was 4:30 and the dealership closed at 6, Brandy insisted that we didn t need to drive the Q5 we were actually buying and ran down the list of options on paper that it included. We had our young daughter with us and decided that we would just make it quick. When we went to get in our car and leave we quickly noticed it didn t have the promised puddle lights, a small interior button was missing, and there was a small scratch on one of the doors. Brandy apologized and reassured us it could all be fixed, we would just need to drop it off for a day of service. We agreed and left. In the following 2 months I was told to come by the dealership 3 different times just so she could tell a new excuse as to why she didn t request the parts to be ordered. Her boss took no ownership in helping to resolve the issue either. After the 3rd try I asked if I could drop my car off while I was out of town. Brandy agreed that it was a great idea and said there would be no issue having the car ready for me when I returned. Based on history, I asked for a call to confirm that the car was ready before coming all the way across town again. Brandy told me there was no way things could go sideways again and insisted on only calling only if there was an issue. Fast forward 3 days, I m landing at the airport and can t get ahold of anyone at the dealership. I head out there in good faith since I hadn t heard otherwise. Brandy apparently took the day off, didn t enter my car in the system for maintenance and no one could tell me where my car even was! They looked in their own service department, called Maserati, the sister dealership. It wasn t at either place. They were scouring the lots, couldn t find it. Finally after 35 minutes, her boss stepped up and gave me a loaner car, which was on empty and had a terrible seal on the front passenger side door. 9 days later they delivered my car to my work saying it was good to go - the scratch is still clearly visable and no puddle lights. I immediately contacted the dealership and was told they re working to resolve the issue. I haven t gotten any response back and haven t been able to get ahold of Brandy or her boss. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago. Point being, don t buy a car from Brandy. Don t buy a car from Audi North Austin. Management doesn t get involved when there are service issues. We unfortunately have to escalate this to their corporate office.
