Visited Carmine's in Las Vegas with my brother on Sunday 7/7/19, and it was an outstanding experience. The entire meal was excellent and our waitress Elena was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and absolutely excellent. We hope to return there in the not too distant future and will definitely request that Elena be our waitress. She is a valuable asset to your organization.
