I came in last Friday 3/22 to test drive a Jeep Co...

I came in last Friday 3/22 to test drive a Jeep Compass I found on their website. When I got there, I was introduced to Rodney Wright. Explained my credit "situation" and we started on the application process first. While we worked out the financing, Rodney found out via the Carfax that the Compass I found had structural damage and asked if I had another car in mind...which just so happen I did...unfortunately my financing with their options couldn't go through without a co-signer. So I said I'd work on it. He called bright and early the next morning to see what I came up with, defeated I told him nothing. He then suggested I call my credit union, despite my protest because I tried them already last year. But I went with his suggestion and tried...and they approved me!! At an interest rate WAY better than what anyone else quoted and without needing a co-signer. #wonthedoit

Rodney made the process so smooth. He was so patient and understanding. Kept me from getting into a car that could give me issues down the line. Asked the right questions to come up with the right resolution. And got me into my 2019 Cherokee at a steal! As long as he is at ALM I will send anyone I know that's looking for a new car to him.

Oh, everyone else was nice and cool also, Bob the sales manager, Javon who helped finalized everything when I brought the check in, and Janay at pick up for walking me through the vehicle options.
