am extremely unhappy with the service I have received from this company with regards to my faulty oven. Everything is fine until you have a problem and then they lose interest and pass the buck to the manufacturer. This is wrong, and the consumer rights act clearly states the retailer is responsible, and I fully expect them to honour their legal obligations. They have failed to provide promised call-backs and completely ignored my emails.

We still haven't got a resolution to our oven issue nearly two months after we reported it to Marks Electrical (11/12) , Mark's have continued to absolve themselves of any responsibility in resolving the problem despite being the retailer and under consumer law fully liable, despite what they will try and tell you. I have also noticed that the most recent reviews of this company have been quite unfavourable so I would urge anyone to think twice before using this company.
