Not a fan of fusion, but this is one to try. Each dish was a unique experience, the taste and texture, down to the presentation, all carefully thought through. The focaccia and sesame bread was definitely one of the most memorable highlight, soft and fluffy on the inside, and still piping hot when you bite into it. Service staff were great and knew their products well, good variety of wine list is a plus.
