I was just boldly and callously, not to mention illegally, DISCRIMINATED AGAINST by this business. As a private business, you have a lot of latitude, and you can deny service for a variety of reasons, but what you may not do is discriminate against a person on the basis of their protected status.

Of course, I cannot say whether this discrimination was motivated by hatred of my gender, or race, or other factors, but one thing was quite clear (and clearly stated) and that's that this business willfully and intentionally discriminated against me on the basis of a protected medical condition. I even asked, "So you are discriminating against me on the basis of a medical condition?" Shame on you! How dare you!?

Needless to say, you've lost my business. Moreover, despite the fact myriad accommodations might have been found, you sought none, nor did you entertain discussion of any. You clearly had no interest in accommodation, your only interest was in simply making me go away. You stand in blatant violation of numerous laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act. You had no care or respect for me as an individual, you wished only to shoo me away, and you did so publicly, and without regard for my rights, privacy, or feelings. I am a full-grown man and I returned to my car and wept. Shame on you!

You will never earn back my business, as you clearly harbor deep-rooted and evil hatred of your fellow man. But I do sincerely hope you can learn something from this, and perhaps implement policies or procedures, training, and even staffing changes, to ensure that such things never occur again in the future. To that end, I offer you this opportunity to apologize to me. I will be happy to accept a timely and sincere apology that illustrates a desire to change and a plan for implementation. As I mentioned, my motivation at this point is merely to ensure that this doesn't happen to another person in the future; therefore, should a suitable response not be provided, additional action will be taken, up to and including civil complaints and litigation.
