Brought my husband here because he had serious inflammation, vomiting vigorously, having diahrhea, and was incredibly weak with fever like symptoms. He could not get up anymore. His blood pressure was to the roof. They did not see him more than two minutes. They denied treatment and said for him to see a rheumatologist and that they don't do CT scans etc. The least they could have done was took care of the serious symptoms!!! They said the inflammation was fluid and it would go away. They were wrong.. I was upset and left. We face a lot of discrimination because my husband is Mexican. A few weeks later, it became worse and he grew a huge lump on his neck. He could not perform any activity at all. I didn't Hesitate and took him straight to LBJ. They performed CT scans, X RAY, blood work, ETC. My husband was diagnosed with Polymyositis, Cellulitis, and Sapho syndrome. He sees a rheumatologist in LBJ and they are amazing. What a shame, Methodist.
