Thank you so much Ronny and team. They responded so quickly to my email regarding my son's school laptop and I dropped it in the next day. They got back to me when they said they would, gave me a real solution to the issue and I cannot fault their customer service as I left a fairly panicked message after realizing we were missing a case for the laptop. Ronny called me back that evening and asked if I wanted to come pick up the laptop case after hours as he was still there. I have over 20 years experience in Customer Service and this exemplifies the kind of customer service all in the Customer Service industry should aspire to. Thank you so much!
