I have never experienced the most humiliating & embarassing behavior ever & not just for me, that included a new teller in training.
We moved to the Gordej Sq and we have been using this bank for the last past two plus years.
You have a Head Teller who does NOT fit this environment, or we need a different institution. The behavior we experienced makes the decision to use online & automated systems more appealing.
Extremely sad & disappointed for this bank.
