Priyal Desai Review of Precision Camera & Video

My husband and I entered Precision extremely excited to check out this store. We planned on spending a decent amount of money for a tripod. We stood in line to check out and the first thing the cashier said to us was "Over here. Yeah, I'll take your money!" He proceeded to act arrogant towards us, and then tell us he's broken the exact same tripod we bought several times. So then we are thinking "Oh, so this $300+ tripod breaks easily?" His response was "Oh I break everything, though." Ok...? Then he proceeds to tell us his wife called and said she made spaghetti and that's all he can think about right now. He obviously didn't want to be there and only could think about going home. Not sure what his name was, but he was bald-ish and heavy-set. Extremely rude character working here.
When we got home, the tripod wasn't functioning right. The platform would not hold our camera straight. Seems like there's a bolt or piece missing. We checked the package and there weren't any extra pieces. We will be taking this product back and most likely never shopping there again. This cashier should be thoroughly trained on customer service. As a rule, if you have customers spending hundred of dollars on your products, you should treat them with respect if you want them to keep coming back and refer others.
