Broken elevator,broken tv, no microwave and the ambiance of a bingo hall when the restaurant is actually open. Desperately in need of an upgrade. Makes me question my loyalty. Thank goodness for the candlewood and staybridge. Holiday Inn is on a gradual decline that can t be saved by pancakes.
