Called ahead to make sure they had time to do an oil change. Got there, and the service manager told us to pull up to door two and Kate would take care of us. Sat for 5-10 minutes without help. An Acadia pulled up, and Kate helped them right away, got them checked in, and answered all their questions. Kate told us to wait where we were, but didn't check us in. It's now been 25 minutes, and we're still waiting for an oil change that is estimated to be 1.5 hours long. No one acknowledged us when we were finally able to pull up for the oil change either. Terrible customer service and communication among employees.
