My step daughter has been there for 6 months. She came from out of state and they did not call us to let us know she arrived safely. We had to call them the next day. She had an issue and they called the wrong person and not my husband. And then acted like violating hippa was bot a big deal. The phone operator at night is the rudest person. She will talk over you and when my husband pointed out she was rude she turned around a said he was the rude one. If you cant handle answering phones then get a new job.
