Absolute terrible experience! I went in for a simple regular haircut and Joy was totally unable to understand what i was trying to say. The haircut was absolutely devastating. I looked so bad that i totally lost my self confidence and i had to wear a cap for weeks. I had to wait for 2 months to grow enough hair to get it fixed. Owners need to really get in some talented hairstylists if they want to stay in business.
