Services from the lady on the phone to their installation staff was friendly and professional. I seldom write a reference and always wait a few months to write it to make sure what I write is accurate. Months later the system exceeds my expectations and is working outstandingly.
As a retired unlimited general contractor, I know a bit about a/c systems. I also make it a policy to talk with at least three different company sales representatives before deciding on any significant purchases. I chose Griffin not just because of their reviews but because of their sales representative Kylan Easterling. The representatives from the other two companies were good sales people, knew their product and had an excellent presentation.
Then came Kylan Easterling from Griffin Services. His presentation was not a sales presentation per say. It was an excellent discussion about air conditioning in general. He of course knew his product, but he also knew and understood the competing brands. I had recently installed two a/c systems one in my daughter s home and one in my other home. Kyle explained why they were good systems and went on to explain why the new Dakin was a better system. He was right. I bought the system even though it was not the least expensive. For a long-term investment, I want the best not the least expensive.
Griffin Services earned my business because of Kylan. His thorough knowledge of other brands, his educational approach versus sales approach and his honesty got my business.
As a side note, stellar people in business are hard to find. If I were still in business and if I needed a person to represent me and my company, Kylan would now be working for me.
