I called in to get an offer for my 2019 Mazda CX-3...

I called in to get an offer for my 2019 Mazda CX-3 Touring. I got the quote, they said they would send out someone from Benchmark Towing (which by the way Benchmark Towing can t be found on Google). I am assigned a driver and time frame of 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM. I spend my entire day waiting for the driver to arrive. When he finally arrives, he is not only rude, but clearly over his job and could careless about professionalism. He inspects the vehicle, hops in his truck, makes a call, and says sorry but looks like we can t get ahold of peddle to confirm this sale, and leaves. I honestly thought this was a joke. I attempt to call peddle and their office hours are closed. Why would peddle set up a time frame during hours their call center is closed?? This was completely unacceptable, and a waste of my time!!! I will be selling my vehicle elsewhere.
