I purchased a king size room and they gave me a double and said there was nothing they could do about it. To make up for it, they gave me a $5 voucher to their own restaurant that wasn't even open due to COVID-19 and 4 warm water bottles. The staff was very unaccommodating and frustrating. I wouldn't recommend it.
