I have been in the gallery many times and I love it but my surprise today was when I arrived with a friend and one of the member of the staff said that we are not allowed to get there with a small suitcase. We asked for the cloakroom and I was really surprised when I knew they don't have any. Their only solution was make the visit one by one and the other can wait outside with the suitcase. In a city like London I think that a cloakroom in a gallery as popular as the Serpentine is a must.
