Very crowded and unorganized. We got ticket online...

Very crowded and unorganized. We got ticket online and arrived early, but there was longer lines for online ticket holders vs people purchased ticket on site.
They couldn't even organize the line for online ticket holders.
The self guided tour is ridiculous, you can just watch video on how to make bear and barrels on youtube at home!
The free Guinness was not clear how to get and we missed that as well.
Earlier the same day we were at Jameson distillery and took their tour, it was more expensive but it was way better presented and worth it than Guinness'
