On my second set of earphones from here. The first were mailorder and the service was amazing. The second was in store earlier this year and it was great service -- talked about the pros and cons of the wireless earbuds I was looking at. I thought there was a problem with the buds, and spoke to the store and they were ready to help me out. Appreciated that even though I quickly sorted it was operator error. Great store - can't wait to go back.
