Check in process was easy and the people at the front desk were friendly. I had the double bed room and everything was clean and nicely appointed. They provide very nice toiletries. The location of the hotel is great with a short walk to Chelsea Market but the surrounding streets were under construction so it was a bit difficult to get around.
