I purchased tickets online to attend the Grits and Biscuits event at this venue on Oct. 21 and was not allowed entry because the Fire Marshall mandated that the building was at capacity as they oversold the show. I was told by the working manager that we would definately be able to get a refund by contacting Ticketmaster if I purchased tickets online. In attempting to contact Ticketmaster to receive a refund I was told that no one from the venue filed a report for this incident and therefore could not process a refund to me. When you attempt to call the venue you are just left with the frustrating task of trying to navigate their automated directory which leads to many non-working extensions--Absolutely ridiculous. Think very hard before attending this venue as you run the risk of paying for a show that has been oversold and being given the run around when trying to get your refund. I had friends who traveled in order to attend this show with me and even though we purchased tickets we were not able to attend the event.
