Stayed overnight with family after trip to Nickelo...

Stayed overnight with family after trip to Nickelodeon Universe which was only a 7 min drive; we stopped in NYC the next morning which was only about 25 mins. The hotel overall was very clean and modern. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with several options. Small area but staff were diligent in keeping all items stocked and we were able to eat comfortably in additional seating area. Staff were friendly and provided assistance as needed. Exceptional service however was when wee realized 2 hours away that one of my family members left behind a very sentimental stuffed animal. I called the hotel; it was found in the laundry and turned in at the front desk! They were very kind and shipped it back. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend to anyone! Huge shout out to all of the staff, thank you!!
